Small Grants Program
The Western New York Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure offers small grants for nonprofit organizations in our eight county service area. The Small Grants Program funds short term projects that take place throughout the year. Top consideration is given to projects that address Komen WNY's funding priorities, as outlined in the 2011 Community Profile Report: breast cancer awareness and education; transportation barriers; and healthcare provider outreach. Komen WNY strives to bring services and education to the most at-risk communities in our service area, including African American women and those living in rural communities.
Organizations interested in applying for a small grant should read the Request for Application for information on funding criteria for Educational and General Grants, as well as Travel Scholarships.
